Seating Area Options
For parties of 15 or less guests, call 610-444-7232 for a reservation, different areas of the restaurant may be “requested”
If the actual number of guests is not yet known, request a space held while planning
Book the Downstairs Dining Room. Seats up to 24 guests

Book a Roof Top Dining Area*
The entire space seats up to 60 guests. Larger space 40. Smaller space 22
Guests enter up a flight of stairs, this area is not handicap accessible and restrooms are only located on the first floor
Roof Top Seating Times & Price Minimums, Lunch*
12:00pm till 2:30pm or 2:00pm till 4:30pm Monday thru Saturday
Entire space $1000. Larger space $700. Smaller space $300. 12:00pm till 4:30pm $2000
Roof Top Seating Times & Price Minimums, Dinner*
5:00pm till 7:45pm or 8:15pm till 10:30pm
Pricing: Friday or Saturday / Monday thru Thursday / Entire Evening*
Entire space and use of the bar: $2500 / $2000 / $5000
Larger space: $1250 / $1000 / $2500
Smaller space and use of the bar: $1000 / $800 / $2000
* “entire evening:” times starting during the first seating & continue into the second seating
* price minimums include: all food and pre-estimated drink/bar
* minumums not met with spending, are charged as a room fee*
* groups that stay beyond chosen times will be charged a half-hourly rate, based on rates listed
* groups requesting to bringing in live music, remove furniture, or use space after 11pm, will be charged an additional fee
* groups requesting the space just for cocktailing & hors douvres, price minimums are still the same
* buffets may be an option, if space is available, price minimums are still the same
Make a Menu - Lunch & Dinner
Once we establish menu pricing, seating times, and space needed, food & drink items can be selected
Actual choices are made 2-3 weeks prior to an event, to allow for seasonal menu changes. Special event menus will be printed for your guests
We accommodate children, vegetarian, vegan, allergies, gluten free, etc. Gluten free items will have an added charge
Large Party Menus, Lunch & Dinner
Lunch or Dinner: create a menu by selecting items from our menus, 2 weeks prior to event
Create a “Per-Item” Fixed Lunch: appetizers $8 each, salads or soups $4-$7each, sandwiches or entrees $9-$15 each
Create a “Per-Person” Fixed Lunch Menu $24: includes soup or salad, entrée, dessert, coffee
Create a “Per-Person” Fixed Dinner Menu $40-$47: includes appetizer, soup or salad, entrée, dessert, coffee
Cakes: fresh baked, assorted flavors, ordered 2 weeks in advance, as whole cakes or $7.25 per slice

Alcohol Options
1. Open bar - any items
2. Open bar items under $7: beers on tap, red & white wines by the glass, bottled beers
3. Host of the party decides if guests are to make beverage purchases on their own, gratuity is automatically added
Other beverages: juices, coffees, teas ,sodas, bottled waters, root beer sales, unless specified as included in a package
Guests are expected to adhere to the Restaurant’s & PLCB serving policies
Deposit: one week prior, in the amount of “items special ordered," in an amount discussed (usually 10-20%)
Contract will be sent for review, of all items and pricing discussed, to be signed by client one week prior to the event
Tax & Gratuity PA sales tax: 6% tax on food items and non alcoholic beverages
Gratuity: a minimum will be pre-determined based on: price minimums and expected number of guests, 20%
Decorations let us know in advance of anything being brought in, especially if assistance is needed. Balloons: please try to avoid bringing. there is a $100 damage fee if any decorations damage our fans, windows, or furniture
Payment if using American Express, add 2% to the final bill
